Services at Sew N So include alterations, customs, and repairs. All services require a quick measuring session. A discreet measuring session can be requested, this involves no mirrors and no talk of measurements.
An emotional support shop cat can be brought in if requested. We value our customers' feelings and will go to great lengths to keep them comfortable.
Repairs
Do you have a knit sweater that has a hole in it? A bag of buttons that need to be put back on their garnets? A broken zipper? We can help you! Send in a description and photo of the affected area and we’ll see what we can do! Repairs begin at $5 and range to $12. Join our Sew N So Rewards and get a free repair after five visits.
Alterations
Alterations have a three day turn around period per garment. Sixth piece of clothing is always free! Hems start at $10 dollars per garment. Hemming garments means making the garment shorter, this could be applied to dresses, pants, skirts, and shorts.
Resizing involves taking apart the garment to make it smaller. In some cases we could potentially make it bigger, contact us for more information. Resizing can be done to almost any garment while keeping the structure. Resizing’s begin at $40 dollars.
Custom Work
Customs require a thirty minute consolation, a measuring session, and deposit. The deposit is to insure the work will be paid for and picked up. Deposits are always 25% of the service. Customs begin at $50 and go based on the type of work chosen. Customs include work like embroidery, beading, painted designs, dyeing, and add ons like patches and fringe.
